| Update on WA Inventor of the Year Competition 2007 |
|
26 July, 2007 Round 1 of the WA Inventor of the Year Competition has now been completed, with the thirty top entries across each of the three categories having been selected to progress into the next round. Mark Pullen and Carol Kane from the Watermark Perth office were privileged to be selected as judges for the first round of the competition and were able to take a sneak peak at some of the up and coming inventions that were entered into the competition. Whilst bound to the utmost secrecy about the exact details of the inventions, it can be disclosed that there are some very exciting ideas coming out from WA innovators. We wish the final 30 competitors all the best for the next round, to be judged in the next week with results coming out early August. The high caliber of the final 30 inventions makes this a space to watch for the final winners towards the end of September! For official information about the competition, visit the website.
